Inventory – We offer a wide variety of items, some are readily available for pick up or delivery, and other require a lead time of 2-weeks. All items in our Lucky Deals section is readily available, including any furniture within this category. All other furniture comes directly from the manufacturer and requires a 2-week lead time for the item(s) to be delivered to our store, which then is ready for Delivery or Pick Up.
Payment Methods – In store (in person) we accept Cash, Venmo, All Major Credit Cards, and we also offer Layaway. Our online store accepts All Major Credit Cards via PayPal – a PayPal account in not required to process credit card payments. You also have the choice to pay for your online order in person at our store. Item(s) from our Lucky Deals category will be held for 24 hours; if order is not paid within 24 hours, order will be cancelled unless you set up a specific date and time via phone or email.
Returns or Exhcanges – All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Exchange may be considered on a case by case basis.
Warranty – Products in our Lucky Deals section/category are sold As Is, no warranty expressed or implied. Furniture in all other categories are guaranteed to be free of defects, and will be delivered or picked up in perfect condition, but these items have no further waranty either express or implied.
Shipping – Shipping is currently not being offered.
Delivery – Local delivery is available, within 15 miles from our store. Free Local Delivery with a minimum order of $150. Delivery of items from our Lucky Deals section/category can be delivered as soon as next day; all other items require a 2-week lead time, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time when the items are ready to be delivered.
Store Pick Up – Orders can be picked up during normal business hours. If you are ordering items from our Lucky Deals section/category, these are available for pick up within 24 hours. Furniture in all other categories have a lead time of 2 weeks, we will reach out when your order is available to be picked up.
Stock – We will make every effort to ensure that items on our website are in stock. Inventory is checked once a day in the morning, at approximately 10 am CST. If the item you order is in backorder, we will advise you of when the item is predicted to be back in stock. You will have the choice of waiting for the item to be restocked or a refund. If an item is out of stock with no estimated restock date your order will be refunded.
